Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is cleared and approved, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, although orders placed on Friday or Saturday may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping costs

Our charges are based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Standard shipping is £6.50 mainland UK (delivery 1 – 2 working days). Same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm.
  • Standard shipping is £10 for Scottish Highlands & Islands, including the following postcodes: AB25, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-56, TR21-25.
  • Next day delivery is £10. Please note, next day delivery is not available for Scottish Highlands & Islands, including the following postcodes: AB25, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-56, TR21-25.
  • Saturday delivery is £12. Orders must be placed before 2pm on Friday for Saturday Delivery between 7am – 2pm (excluding bank holidays). Please note, Saturday delivery is not available for Scottish Highlands & Islands, including the following postcodes: AB25, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-56, TR21-25.

 

Free deliveries

We offer free delivery on orders over £100 for the majority of UK postcodes and free delivery on orders over £200 for Scottish Highlands and Islands and the following postcodes: AB25, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-56, TR21-25.

Delivery times

 

  • Standard shipping:Our courier aims to deliver your order in 1-2 working
  • Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the following postcodes: AB25, AB31, AB33-38, AB41-56, TR21-25. Scottish Highlands: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-99, KW0-14, PA20- 40, PH45-99. Scottish Islands: HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-80, PH42-44, ZE1-3
  • Please note, Next Day AM delivery is currently not available for the above postcodes.
  • Next Day Delivery:Our courier aims to delivery your order in the next working day as an AM morning delivery, providing you order was placed before 1pm. If your order was placed after 1pm, it will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the working day after.
  • Free deliveries:Our courier aims to deliver your order in 1-2 working days and 2-3 working days for the above postcodes.

 

Please note: It is not possible to order Food Hall items and clothes or gift products together. Please place a separate order for Food Hall products. There is a minimum order value of £50 for all Food Hall purchases.
